• Romano-Features 8 open spokes.
• Rialto-Features unique turnings, a solid heavy spiral,  that suggest the artistic structure for which they are named.
• Bellagio-Winding, narrow curves interlace with one another to create a swirling fantasy of aristocratic elegance.  Bellagio features an open spiral.  Each La Scala Bellagio, Romano and Rialto baluster and standard newel is created from one piece of wood, making the design solid and fluid at the same time.  This is part of the uniqueness of LaScala.  Bellagio is the most popular design La Scala offers.

• Balusters and Newels are in four unique designs.

• Standard newels have extenders for "post to post" connections.  Grand newels are for "post to post"

• All products are made from quality A-grade European beech hardwood

• Can be stained or painted and used in many decors.

• Grand newels can be used with both metal and wood stair balusters to create and outstanding appearance.

• Grand newels come assembled or in components.

• All parts are in stock unfinished; LS214 is also stocked in matte white.

• LSG99 round dowel is optional and adds strength to connection.

• Custom pre-finishing available.
